The 3rd Annual Canadian Benchmarking Study

The Canadian Destination Benchmarking Report is part of the world's leading program to benchmark the online performance of Destination Marketing Organization (DMOs) across 3 countries.

After a successful pilot project in 2012, 22 Canadian destination partners participated in a full Canadian program launched at Online Revealed 2013. The Canadian DMO benchmarking program continues to expand and provide key insights into the challenges, trends and opportunities facing destination marketing organizations both large and small.

Results and key findings from the study will be presented at Online Revealed 2015 and will feature the new Benchmarking Twitter report produced in partnership with Ryerson University's Ted Rodgers Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Research.
